Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of WALLETED’s websites, applications, Trust Cards, APIs, and related services (the “Services”). By accessing or using the Services, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

1. The Services

WALLETED helps users create, view, share, and analyze Web3 Trust Cards and related profiles derived primarily from publicly available blockchain data and optional user-provided information. Features may include wallet scans, reputation or Trust Scores, activity categories, QR sharing, AI-assisted summaries, team workspaces, and lead enrichment tools, depending on your plan.

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Services at any time, with or without notice, subject to applicable law and any written agreement with enterprise customers.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to use the Services. By using the Services, you represent that you have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms. If you use the Services on behalf of an organization, you represent that you are authorized to bind that organization.

3. Accounts

  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
  • You are responsible for all activity under your account.
  • Provide accurate information and update it as needed.
  • Notify us promptly at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorized access.

4. Wallet safety — critical

WALLETED never asks for your seed phrase, private key, or recovery phrase. Do not enter or share those with anyone claiming to represent WALLETED. Connecting a wallet (where supported) is limited to standard wallet-provider flows for authentication or address selection. You alone control your wallets and keys.

5. Public blockchain data and Trust Cards

  • Trust Scores, reputations, activity labels, and AI summaries are informational tools only. They are not credit scores, background checks, KYC/AML determinations, investment advice, or guarantees of identity, character, or future performance.
  • On-chain data can be incomplete, delayed, spoofed, sybil-attacked, or misinterpreted. Third-party data sources may be inaccurate.
  • You are solely responsible for how you interpret and use Trust Cards when networking, hiring, investing, partnering, or screening contacts.
  • Scanning or profiling a wallet address that you do not control does not grant you ownership of that address or special rights over the associated person.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Services for unlawful, fraudulent, harassing, or abusive purposes
  • Attempt to scrape, overload, reverse engineer, or disrupt the Services except as allowed by law or a separate API agreement
  • Misrepresent Trust Cards, scores, or profiles as official certifications, government IDs, or TOKEN2049 credentials
  • Use the Services to dox, stalk, threaten, or unlawfully discriminate against individuals
  • Upload malware or attempt unauthorized access to systems or data
  • Resell or white-label the Services without a written license
  • Violate export controls, sanctions, or other applicable laws

We may suspend or terminate access for violations.

7. Plans, fees, and refunds

  • Free and paid plans (including Pro, Company, and limited-time offers such as conference team offers) are described on our pricing pages and may change.
  • Paid subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date, unless otherwise stated at checkout.
  • Fees are non-refundable except where required by law or expressly stated in a written offer.
  • Taxes may apply. You are responsible for applicable taxes unless we state otherwise.
  • Promotional pricing (including TOKEN2049-related offers) may have limited availability, eligibility rules, and expiration dates.

8. Intellectual property

The Services, including software, branding, design, and documentation, are owned by WALLETED or its licensors. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Services in accordance with these Terms.

You retain rights to content you submit. You grant WALLETED a worldwide, non-exclusive license to host, process, display, and distribute that content as needed to operate and improve the Services and to display Trust Cards you choose to make public or share.

9. Feedback

If you provide feedback or suggestions, you grant WALLETED the right to use them without restriction or compensation.

10. Third-party services and conferences

The Services may integrate with or link to third-party wallets, RPC providers, explorers, analytics tools, payment processors, or event materials. Third-party terms apply to those services. References to TOKEN2049 Singapore or similar events describe context for networking use cases and do not imply partnership, sponsorship, or endorsement unless separately confirmed in writing.

11. Disclaimers

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WALLETED DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT SCORES, SUMMARIES, OR PROFILES WILL BE ACCURATE, COMPLETE, OR ERROR-FREE, OR THAT THE SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR SECURE.

Nothing in the Services constitutes financial, legal, tax, or investment advice. Cryptocurrency and Web3 activity involve risk. You use Trust Cards and related insights at your own risk.

12. Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WALLETED AND ITS AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, GOODWILL, OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE SERVICES WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNTS YOU PAID TO WALLETED FOR THE SERVICES IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM OR (B) ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS (US $100).

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless WALLETED and its affiliates from claims, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from your use of the Services, your Trust Cards or shared profiles, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of another person or entity.

14. Termination

You may stop using the Services at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms, create risk or legal exposure, or for prolonged inactivity on free plans. Sections that by nature should survive (including disclaimers, limitations, and indemnity) will survive termination.

15. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of Singapore, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, unless mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence require otherwise. Courts located in Singapore will have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to applicable mandatory law.

16. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated Terms will be posted on this page with a revised “Last updated” date. Continued use of the Services after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms, except where additional consent is required by law.
